POLICIES & REGULATIONS
PRIVATE / ONE-ON-ONE LESSONS

Student/ Business Representative agree to the following terms:
1. FLEXIBLE PLAN: Lessons not taken within three months of the date of the first lesson are neither refundable nor transferable and all pre-paid lesson must be taken within a 9 month period.
2. INTENSIVE COURSE: Because it is an intensive program 12 lessons must be completed in a period of 5 weeks, you are able to change schedule (day and time) but always taking 12 lessons within the 5 week period. Lessons you don't take in the 5 week period cannot roll over unless you are having a business trip.
3. SEMI-INTENSIVE COURSE: Because it is a semi-intensive program 8 lessons must be completed in a period of 5 weeks, you are able to change schedule (day and time) but always taking 8 lessons within the 5 week period. Lessons you don't take in the 5 week period cannot roll over unless you are having a business trip.
4. Lessons and Trip Fees (when applicable) must be paid in advance of first lesson.
5. Trip Fee rates are calculated on the distance from Top Language’s address. Student/Business is immediately responsible for unplanned Trip Fees resulting from student/business requested location change. For On-Site lessons Student/Business is responsible for teacher parking expenses.
6. Student tardiness does not extend the class beyond its regularly scheduled time. Instructors will wait 30 minutes for delayed students, unless students inform the school of their inability to attend class.
7. Student/Business agrees to cancel or reschedule class by 5:00 p.m. one business day prior to the scheduled class, or by 5:00 p.m. Friday for classes scheduled on Mondays. Students or Businesses giving less notice than previously stated, or who no-show a lesson, AGREE TO PAY FOR MISSED LESSON IN FULL.
8. Student/Business agrees to contact Top Language’s main office to cancel or change a scheduled lesson. Student/Business understands that changes are valid ONLY when approved by our main office via phone 713-678-0205, or via email: [email protected] (Note: Instructors are not able to make schedule changes.)
9. Student/Business understands that instructors may rotate through the classes.
10. Prices are subject to change without notice, 6 months from registration date.
